Terms & Condition

1. J.B. Marzban Sanatorium Cottages are primarily for use by Parsee & Iranian Zoroastrians. However, in deference to several requests received by the Fund, the Trustees have decided to expand the ambit of our operations by allowing our Parsee Patrons along with their non-Parsee spouses (and/or dependent children below the age of 18 years) to use and occupy the facilities at J.B. Marzban Sanatorium cottages. However, bookings must be in the name of a Parsee/Iranian Zoroastrian and such person must remain present during the entire duration of their stay.
 
2.Our applicable rates (Incl GST) are as under :
 
Daily Room Rate (on Bank Holidays & Weekends) : Rs 5000/- per Cottage
Daily Room Rate (on Weekdays) : Rs 3000/- per Cottage
Additional Person in Room : Rs 1000/- per Cottage
Friday Early Check-In and Sunday Late Check-Out : Rs  1000/- per Cottage (Extra)
 
NOTE: Weekends extend from Friday to Sunday
 
3. J.B.M.S does not supply food to its patron. However, the patron may 
3.1 Avail cooking gas facility in the cottage
3.2 Order/ Get food from outside as per their preference
3.3 Avail cooking facility from the Resident Manager
 
4. All guests will be required to submit photo copy of ID card ( Aadhar/PAN/Institution School/College ID)
 
5.Maximum of 6 guests per Cottage, however 1 extra guest will be accommodated by paying Rs. 1000/- per day without ANY EXTRA facilities offered.  
 
6.Cancelation flat 50% OR avail other dates if available by paying differential amount. Such facility should be availed within ______days.
 
7.The Fund has for several years been offering a generous discount to all Patrons who wish to avail the facilities offered at J.B. Marzban Sanatorium Cottages between Monday Check in to Thursday Check in will be highly subsidised. While this offer shall continue undisturbed for the rest of the year, it shall hereafter not be available during the busy Holiday Season. Weekend Rates will be applicable during Diwali/X-Mas/ Summer Vacation period.
 
8. When a prior reservation has been made, please furnish your original Permit to the Resident Manager to enable him to deduct the Advance Payment made by you. No deduction can be claimed from the Resident Manager in the absence of the original Permit.
 
9. In order to help conserve energy, please switch off all Electrical fittings and appliances when not in use. Though Khandala is subject to periodic load shedding, we regret our inability to refund any charges in the event of a Power failure or any other malfunction which is beyond the control of the Fund. Please ensure that the A.C. Remote Control is returned to the Resident Manager when you check-out.
 
10.Regular Check-in time is 12.00 noon and Check-out time is 10.00 a.m. Please ensure that a Receipt is issued to you when you check-out. In the event that there is no prior / subsequent reservation for a particular room, you may request the Resident Manager for a prior Check-in (after 6.00 a.m.) and/or a late Check-out (upto 6.00 p.m.), upon payment of the following charges :
 
On Weekends & Bank Holidays:  Rs 1000/- per Cottage
 
11.Consumption of alcohol in the rooms or any other part of the Villas is illegal and is strictly prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited in all enclosed areas.
 
12.Patrons are required to adhere to the directions of the Resident Manager and must comply with all instructions and directives issued by him. Patrons are not permitted to keep Pets in their room.
 
13.The Trustees disclaim all liability for any accident, damage, loss or injury caused to any person, for any reason whatsoever, during the period of their stay in the Villas.
 
14.Patrons shall be required to monetarily compensate the Fund for any accidental breakage or damage of the Fund’s furniture or any other property.
 
15.The Trustees / Resident Manager retain the right of refusing to allow any person admission to J B Marzban Cottage, Khandala, without having to assign any reason for their refusal.
 
16.The Trustees may, at their sole discretion, change, amend or vary these Rules without prior notice.
