J. B. Marzban Sanatorium is located on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway 500 meters from the Khandala exit on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. It is tucked away in the picturesque Hill Station of Khandala, 98 km from Mumbai and 62 km from Pune.

J.B.M.S. is an ideal starting point for visiting the Parsi/Irani Zoroastrian Community. There, Each self contained cottage that can accommodate up to six guests are offered at significantly Subsidized rates (in comparison to standard hotel rates in Khandala/Lonavala).
